Help: how to use your eSIM
To use an eSIM, install it at home before you fly, from the Mobile Companion app or by scanning its QR code. When you land in Japan, it connects to the NTT docomo network by itself: just check it’s set as your mobile data line. Your usual SIM stays in place for calls and texts.
